Kym - Kim Families

A Heritage of Faith and Work

Three Swiss Catholic families named Kym settled in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, during the first half of the nineteenth century. In the decades that followed they would come to be known as "Kim". They would work hard, face discrimination because of their faith and language, and give lives for their adopted country.
